The Business
Established in 1979, Dysart Cleaning & Maintenance is an independent commercial cleaning business serving clients throughout Scotland, with a particular focus on the West and Central regions.
Founded by Graham Dysart, the business has developed an excellent reputation for reliable service, supported by an experienced workforce and longstanding customer relationships across the commercial, education, healthcare and social housing sectors.
Following more than 45 years in the cleaning industry, Graham appointed Acquire Business Sales Ltd to confidentially identify a suitable purchaser and manage the sale of the business ahead of his planned retirement.
The Sale
Acquire prepared and confidentially marketed the business, identifying and qualifying prospective purchasers before introducing the successful buyer, Satvinder Breeze.
Working closely with both parties, Acquire’s Operations Manager, Scott Riley, took a leading role in managing the transaction, maintaining regular communication, coordinating information and ensuring that matters arising during the sale were addressed promptly and transparently.
The constructive relationship established between Graham, Satvinder and Acquire was central to maintaining momentum and achieving a successful conclusion for both parties.
The completed transaction enables Graham to retire following a distinguished career in the cleaning industry, with a short handover period to support the transition, while providing Satvinder with an established business and a strong platform for future development.

Throughout the process, Scott was excellent to deal with, keeping me regularly informed and making sure everything continued to move forward. I always felt that my interests were being looked after, and the communication between everyone involved was first class.
