A significant percentage of their business is carried out in the legislation led Nursing Home Industry where reoccurring revenues are sourced from Service Maintenance Agreements to service sites throughout the UK.
With the authority of our Client (the Company Owner and Seller), Acquire identified and confidentially targeted both UK and International acquirers from the security and building services sectors. We received multiple expressions of interest, many of which went beyond NDA signature and to meeting stage. We received multiple offers from target acquirers and were delighted to see the deal complete to The Securus Group.
